Yukihoro Posted 1 hour ago Share Posted 1 hour ago Hi, I've completed 99.9% of the quest, but when I go back to Rowan/Dawn after retrieving the data, Dawn tells me I don't have enough Sinnoh experience, even though I meet all the prerequisites (see images).
