Accidentally activated the Dragon Knight Set

Hello there, 

 

as the title states I accidentally activated a Cosmetic Set from a PvP Chest Reward. Is there any way for the staff to put it back in its original from so it becomes tradeable again?

Apologies for the delayed response. 

 

When opening a PvP Cosmetic set, you are prompted with a confirmation window that includes a warning. This warning informs the player that once it is opened the items become untradable, which you have to agree to to open.

 

Unfortunately, I am unable to assist in undoing the decision to open the set.
