Hello so i found a Christmas swinub but the server went down and i couldn't catch It (It was with hidden ability too) can i be refunded somehow 😓

Apologies for the issue you experienced.

Unfortunately we can not restore any Pokemon that were lost due to a crash, Crashes are unexpected and cant be predicted sadly.

 

You will have to keep grinding to get another form! I wish you a Good Luck with your hunt!

 

I know it isnt the answer you were waiting for and I apologize for the issue you had to deal with.

 

I'll now proceed to lock this thread but dont hesitate to create another one if you have questions, facing issues...
