Problem is some of those chroma is from event that just ended, example currently is xmas event and some of the new chroma is halloween event themed. My suggestion is to add the new added chroma to nearest or ongoing event shop. Chroma is good for money sink, if the access is too long, the hype will gone by the time event started. Adding them with full price sounds reasonable since its early access. If player have the ot form and want half price, they could wait the event started.
