visual bug stopping me moving or playing the game

Currently on the swords of justice quest on the osowott grinding part and I fainted when I reloaded had a evolve prompt for the osowott I click yes it's says it evolves but doesn't disappear from the screen clicking no does nothing but because I have the prompt I cannot move ive used a escape rope that did help either so currently I cannot play the game as I cannot move and have a permanent evolve  prompt on my screen please help thanks for taking your time to read this.

Apologies for the issue you are dealing with.

 

You will have to reset your client by closing the game, it is a known issue.
