What have you done before the problem was there?

As I was about to enter battle with Moltres I was kicked offline. When I logged back in Moltres was gone and I didn't get the Dex entry

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried The computer in Oaks lab but it said that there were no missing entry's

Hi, you can get back Moltres data by talking with PC (computer) in Oak lab at Pallet Town.

I just checked Oak's computer and it says "None needed to be restored. it looks like, as all pokedex seen-data entries for Legendary Pokemon are intact!" but when i check my pokedex entry 146 a.k.a Moltres is blacked out and i dont have the data for him. file:///C:/Users/Chayton/Downloads/IMG_0193.JPG.

Use https://imgur.com to upload a screenshot or photo, the image is not visible at the moment.

 

You can also use programs like LightShot or Gyazo.
