Why i can't buy a macho brace at the original machop owner ? After a long time, i play again and my macho brace disepeared.

The NPC that you are referring to will trade you a Macho Brace if you have none in your inventory and at least 18 real-days have passed since you last purchased one from them. According to our database, you currently have 1 Macho Brace in your inventory, so this is what is preventing you from purchasing another, assuming you also meet the other requirement.
