I am writing to inform you that unfortunately your game's operating system is still faulty. Today, after finishing the world quest, I went to capture my legendary Pokémon (Suicune), and the game simply froze and closed, which happened 5 other times during the world quest. I would like to know how I stand in this situation, as I worked hard to complete my part of the world quest, and yet your system cheated me out of what should have been mine.
