the game is frequently crashing

I am writing to inform you that unfortunately your game's operating system is still faulty. Today, after finishing the world quest, I went to capture my legendary Pokémon (Suicune), and the game simply froze and closed, which happened 5 other times during the world quest. I would like to know how I stand in this situation, as I worked hard to complete my part of the world quest, and yet your system cheated me out of what should have been mine.

Check your backpack, if you have water bell you can catch suicune after beating Suicune Guardian (Boss)

Dumana, I know about this bell, but you didn't understand that I lost my mysterious ticket that I got by completing the world quest. During Saturday's world quest I experienced many disconnections, so much so that I had to check my network; unfortunately, it was due to some system failure. And I can't imagine that those responsible can compensate me for all the work I put into completing the world quest, only for the game to simply crash when I went to claim my prize. I just want them to fix the problem; by the way, I play on an Android device. 

And to clarify, Dumana, regarding the quest about the bells and dogs, I chose the electric bell which allowed me to catch Raikou, then through another world quest I captured Entei, and in Saturday's world quest I was about to catch Suicune when the game simply froze and closed immediately afterwards.
