Hi,
When ever I open pc, My game crashes. It is happening frequently now. When I open pc to transfer pokemons, it happens as if I loose connection in game. all players dissapears and I am not able to anything

I apologize for the issue you are experiencing and thank you for reporting. This is in fact a bug and it has been passed along to the appropriate party. 

 

While I do not have a permanent solution for you at this time, if you log out and log back in it should allow play to return to normal.
