Can't play after use Pokemon Storage

I don't know if I should post it here or in Bug Forum so if it's wrong place i'm sorry in advance

My problem is whenever i try to talking (interact) with Pokemon Storage i always go offline.

What i currently know is
-I can play normally (Change Map, Battle, Talking, Etc. ) as long as I'm not do something with Pokemon Storage.
-When I interact with Pokemon Storage all of other player will disapear one by one like when it offline.
-Pokemon Storage will keep "Loading" I can open or close it freely but can't do anything other than that.
-It's not show offline icon at top right but once I interact with Pokemon Storage, Everything is like that so I assume that I went offline. ( Can walk but can't Change Map, No other player in screen, Chat stopped )

I already try all of My account on both PC and Mobile but all of My account can play normally on both platform, Only this account that have this problem and on both platform.

Please help me resolve this problem so i can play normally.

Have you ever assigned any Tag (feature since the latest update) onto any of your mon?

@Mingrenpro yes i created 3 tag and assigned to some of my pokemon.
i'm doing that around at start of xmas event and busy to play after that. i just comeback today and this happend.

Can you try removing all those tag from them, then delete all the tag you created, then restart your client and see if the issue persist?

 

To check: see the tag icon in the storage, if it's empty, then you get everything done.

@MingrenproI remove all tag then close and re-open client but it's still the same.

It works for my case. Another way is to keep relogging, until one session that doesn't proc this issue. Then that whole session is safe. But then once you start a different session, it will return.

I apologize for the issue you are experiencing and thank you for reporting. This is in fact a bug and it has been passed along to the appropriate party. 

 

While I do not have a permanent solution for you at this time, if you log out and log back in it should allow play to return to normal.

@Bitterblade I just try to play again but It's still the same.
I even try to re-install just in case but it does nothing.

I really don't know what to do.
