I participated in the 64th pro ladder tournament 2 years ago and I got 2nd place in the tournament as seen here:

as explained above, I wans't able to participated in the final round due to me get banned for some time and ended up as the runer up (2nd place). But here I want to claim the reward in this screenshot:

So I want to ask if i can still claim the reward or I'm at the wrong place to claim it

You should now be able to talk to the NPC and receive your reward.
