Both times I have attempted the hoops dungeon with my level 6 pelipper, I noticed a bug that whenever I best the first mon, it auto levels to 69.

Do you remember the level of each poke before you enter the dungeon, and when you've just entered, what's the change about level of each of them?

I beileve iirc,

level 6 pelipper > level 6 wingull 

Level 31 magicarp> level 25 magicarp

Level 34 scraggy > level 25 scraggy

Level 100 scizor > level 25 scyther

That should be enough to replicate, we can wait for now.

I was able to confirm the given issue which was a faulty exp yield through the formula used in the hoopa dungeon.
The issue should now be fixed on live servers.
