ive just started out and reached viridian forest but having some trouble finding myself a shroomish and also hoping its possible to catch one with bullet seed if thats possible?

First of all, welcome to the game! Hope you enjoying your journey into PRO world! 

 

As you notice, you can found a Shroomish in Viridian Forest with a membership ! 

 

It is totally RNG (Random Number Generator) and since it is a uncommon pokemon with the Pink question mark (membership) it will be pretty hard to found but it will happens with motivation!

About Bullet Seed, sadly it is a TM only as stated in the gen9 learnset here and you cant learn it via level or any sort. 

 

And the TM Tutor is only in Sinnoh Safari Area Zone, which is very far from you currently.

 

I either recommend you to learn Seed Bomb at level 44 to your Breloom or you can ask a player to teach your Breloom Bullet Seed but it will require you to get the Rainbow badge (4th one)

 

If you choose this option, be sure to screenshot the chat saying you asked for a service help and the Trade window!
