Hello everyone i bought the wrong mount on my game just wanted to change it, thought i could live with it just not enjoying it would prefer to spend coins on a better mount

I was looking at ground mounts on the the game on my phone i believe i missclicked the dragonite mount trying to look at another ground mount  wanted a refund on the shiny dragonite mount so i can put it towards stuff i actually like thank you

Firstly, around when did you purchase the mount? Also, when purchasing the mount there is a confirmation window that pops up when you purchase from the Coin Shop which you must select "Yes" from to ensure accidents do not occur.

 

Secondly, which account did you purchase the Dragonite Mount on: Khangzilla or Khangzi1la?
