Login Silver issue: game crashes on Loading map

Hello,
I’m having an issue when trying to log into Pokémon Revolution Online using Silver login.

Every time I try to enter the game, it gets stuck on “Loading map” and then the game closes automatically. I can’t access my character at all.

I have already tried:

• Restarting the game several times

• Changing internet connection

The problem still happens. I think my character might be stuck or bugged on a map.

Could a staff member please help me move my character to a safe map or fix this issue?

Apologies for the issue you are experiencing.

 

It is a known issue which happens because on some rare case game music files download corrupt and crash the client.

 

DEV team are trying their best to fix it.

 

But to be able to remove this issue what you can do is to :

 

-Go to settings>music and disable music volume by using the little tick.
