Hello, I had sent several mails from (rivalgaryy) from the silver server, to my other account (scoubaaa) who was in the gold server at the time I didn't know both accounts had to be in the same server, however whilst on the (scoubaaa) account the mailbox was empty on both servers I had reached out for help about this and was told that I had probably misspelt the recipient and accidentally sent it to (scoubaa) 2' A's this was another account I had and forgotten about it was very new so I had played through the game on that account to beat Erika in order to gain access to the mailbox, And it is also empty on both servers so I am very confused on where my items have gone or if they even still exist

 

Items that I remember sending are:

 

Shiny arcanine mount

shiny gyarados mount

Ghost costume

25-28 rare candies

50 pp ups

Various Tm's

expert belt

diving mask, abseiling rope, pickaxe, hatchet, and other tools

 

Any Assistance would be greatly appreciated thanks you ❤️

When I log in to the accounts on the opposite server you mentioned it forces me to create a new character and in order to access the mailbox i would have to beat erika on both accounts again

Good day @Scoubaaa

 

To confirm that you did or did not receive the mail in question, I will need you to do one of the following:

  1. Log in to your account on Silver and progress the account to the fourth badge in order to check and verify your Mailbox.
  2. The next time you transfer to Silver, check your mailbox.

Despite the option you choose, please provide screenshots of the mailbox so that we can see if your mail is there or not.

Hi @Bitterblade

 

I have again changed server to silver to check the mailbox and again it is empty (this has cost me quite a bit of real money due to all the server changing requests and I still have to pay again to switch back to gold in total this is 4 times now the first time was free so I've paid 3 times)
