As stated there Requirement is: [Changed] To start the Cresselia Quest, you require all non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh and Sinnoh Championship. But from our database, you are missing few pokemons such as : Magmortar, Porygon-Z, Carnivine, Hippodon, Shieldon and his evolution and Dusknoir ! You will require to catch them to be able to start the Cresselia quest. More informations about the quest can be found in the Wiki !
