0 hours play time sinnoh.

Hello pro staff

 

I am trying to catch heatran and for heatran quest we need to complete 150 hours in sinnoh region,  I have already completed this region a while ago and spend many time after that  but when I check my time to professor rowan he's saying that I had play 0 hours in sinnoh, is that a bug or what , 

 

Also the the noc buck outside heatran cave is saying that you are not strong enough to go in the cave..

You don't need 150 hours playtime in sinnoh for heatren quest. 

You are getting that error maybe because you lack one of requirements:

• Sinnoh Championship
• Have all non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh (Generation 4)
• Have only one level 60 or less Pokémon in your party

As @Nottanyaa has stated, the requirements for the Heatran quest are Sinnoh Championship, all non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh (Dex 387-479), and having only 1 level 60 or less Pokemon in your party.
