Lost event form Wailmer at Shamouti Seaway

I made a huge mistake and gave my event form wailmer to the NPC named Livana at Shamouti Island. She offered to turn my wailmer into a mount without having to have him in my party. I agreed to realizing I wouldn’t be getting my event form wailmer back. Can anyone help with this?
