game crashed during Kyurem (quest)

as the title reads my game froze and crashed in middle of killing Kyurem in the (Kyurem quest line)
is the re roll ticket reward for not losing once now lost forever ?

Unfortunately, the answer to your question is yes, you have lost the reroll ticket. To receive it as a reward, you must defeat Kyurem all three times and if you crashed during one of these fights, it will count as a loss.

Sadly, we cannot do anything in regards to this. This is because there is no way for us to verify that 1) the crash was not on your end or that 2) you would have successfully beaten Kyurem. We understand the servers are experiencing some issues and we do apologize for that. In times like these, we recommend avoiding doing activities that could be ruined by a crash, such as bosses or PvP.

There are still several ways of obtaining reroll tickets, such as Solaceon Daily (possible 7th day reward), PvP Chests, exchanging Reroll Shards for a ticket, purchasing them from PvP or PvE shops, and a few other methods.

I'm sure you were hoping for a more positive response, but there is nothing we can do for your situation.
