Cant learn teleport for my slowking!

Apologies for the issue you are experiencing.

 

Slowking doesnt learn Teleport in his learnset. 

 

But he learn a similar move which allow you to get Momentum, called Chilly Reception.

 

You can found it in the move Relearner once you have your Slowking evolved.

Then you should play poke that can learn that move, not slowking, because it cannot learn the move as told.
