Hello,
I would like to report a bug I encountered with Psychic Marina. After redeeming a Mysterious Ticket for Latios, I attempted a Double IV Reroll. The IVs did not change at all, one reroll ticket was consumed, and now the system only shows the option to revert IVs, which does not work.

Could you please check this issue and assist with restoring the  ticket

Apologies for the issue you are experiencing.

 

I would like to ask you what IVs reroll ticket have you used ?

 

Since you can only use the normal reroll ticket for the Double IVs service reroll and not the Specific pokemon Ticket given via PvP chest or the Soulbound Reroll ticket given by many ways such as quest, PvP chest, daillies etc.. 

 

So to be able to use the Double IVs reroll service, you require the Reroll buyd in PvP/PvE shop.
