Change in the Zekrom and Reshiram tower (quest)

Good day everyone, I wanted to ask for, or at least give, an opinion about the Zekron and Reshiram tower. There are Pokémon spawns there where you can return and hunt your Pokémon, very good. Now let's get to the problem: after you finish the mission, it doesn't make sense for the traps to still be active. You go through all the hassle of dodging a falling floor or lightning bolts chasing you, just to catch a Pokémon. That doesn't make sense. The tower should be free after you finish the mission. In other words, when you can catch the legendary Pokémon, the puzzles shouldn't be there anymore.
