How to access Shamouti Island???

No, it can't we access my talking to Sailor Sam anymore, what to do i do now??

To access shamuti island you will need to have all the non legendary kanto caught data (gen1) + the seen data of the 3 legendary birds

if you have been to the island before and now the sailor refuses to get you there, make sure to check your caught data again. There was a bug that may have deleted some of them from your dex.

If that has happened you will need to catch these pokemon and obtain their data again

I apologize for the delay in the response. Are you still having issues with accessing Shamouti Island? 

 

As @Kalimnos2000 has stated, to access Shamouti Island you will need to have the following pre-requisites as it is an area locked behind the Legendary Bird Quest:

• Kanto Championship
• All non-legendary caught data (Pokedex number 1-143 and 147-149)
• Seen data for Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno

If you have the requirements, speak with Sailor Sam on the dock in Vermilion City and he will take you there.
