I also can not get to fight with giovani , can not lift key, but the key card and it can not be used at the room entrance giovani

I just had the same problem (aka. having the lift AND the card key, but not being able to get into the said elevator) some hours ago. After I logged in again, I was able to get into the elevator.

The elevator can take a while to enter, all you need to move up and down untill you get in, unless you're lacking a lift key, thats a different matter.
