Cresselia's Quest - Not starting

Hello,

I wanted to start the quest after meeting the prerequisites. However, Professor Rowan isn't offering it to me. I only have this dialogue option. What should I do?

You need all non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh - not just the seen data.

To begin the Cresselia Quest, you will need the following pre-requisites:

  • Sinnoh Championship
  • All non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh

According to our database, you are missing quite a bit of the caught data. Once you acquire this, you should be able to begin the quest.
