I am sorry to hear about the issue regarding the accidental evolving of your Pokémon, sadly De evolving Pokémon is not something us as PRO staff can offer.

De evolving can be permitted if its provider to service provider without the consent of the owner, With that being said De evolving your Pokémon is something I cannot provide otherwise.

I can understand this isn't the outcome you'd have hoped for and with that I apologise, it's ultimately up to the player to ensure that when evolving/not evolving that they are cautious with the option they choose.
