Hi! @Arkani99 Sadly The game does not have the option to change the in-game language to anything other than English at the current moment, However this is a good suggestion and i will make sure to bring it up to the staff! An alternative way to be able to use other languages in the game is using the Chat section. The chat system supports different language channels, so you can join a specific language channel to talk with other players in your language using the command: /cgjoin <channel name>, <password> Please note <password> is not always required but sometimes does depending on the channel you're trying to join (such as guilds or private channels) I apologies this isn't the answer you were hoping for, however i hope that the advice for language channels will benefit you!   3. Hi! @Ryozhyn I'm sorry to hear you're feeling disgruntled over the lack of form's being seen. To address your issue, Forms are completely random and are not affected by your current or past behavior. There is also no system that lowers your chance of finding forms because of past rule violations. Sometimes players can go through very unlucky streaks where forms; especially rare ones feel impossible to encounter for days. RNG (Random Number Generation) can unfortunately be very inconsistent, and long dry streaks do happen. All forms are random encounters, so it is possible to experience periods where even common variants seem much rarer than usual. I apologize that this isn't the outcome you'd have hoped for but please understand that the lack of forms being seen is not based on your past/current behavior, everyone's chances are the same!   13. Hi! @Coder3462 When its next convenient for you could you please show me a screenshot of the hiker giving you that dialogue so i can take a look? I Understand this may be tedious, however in order for me to help to the best i can i need to make sure i have all the information possible. Can i also confirm with you in regards to the missing Shoal Shells that you are trying to collect them at the correct High Tides Times? The times are between 09:00 - 14:59 and 21:00 - 02:59 PokéTime.   14. Hi! @Ianjaipersaud I am sorry to hear this has happened to you. Unfortunately De evolving Pokémon is not something us as PRO staff can offer. I can understand this isn't the outcome you'd have hoped for and with that I apologize, It is ultimately up to the player to ensure that when evolving/not evolving that they inform whomever may be helping them with the service of the desired outcome. Added to the above screenshots, could you please try and provide a few more screenshots, such as the dialog when talking to the hiker or anything else you can think of that may be of use.   20. Hi! @Rudraak Apologies for the Delayed Response! Looking at the time you posted this issue i believe that the servers were down during this period where you were not able to log in. The servers should be back online now. If you are still experiencing issues you can try: Using a VPN or your mobile Data to log in and then switching back once you are in.   23. Hi! Apologies for the delayed response! To confirm for you, your Greninja can and should be able to learn Sludge Wave both through the TM and the move Tutor in Celadon. Looking at your screenshots i can see neither option worked for you, because of that this could potentially be a bug. I will go ahead and look into this further for you. Share, I have had a look into it for you and from what i can see your item is in your inventory somewhere currently. Could you please double check your inventory for me, and check if any of your Pokémon may be holding that item.
