💸 Discounts & Pricing
- Prices are fixed at booking, but can be **discounted further** if the assigned provider agrees. (Only on bulk orders)
- Discounts are optional and depend on provider approval.
- Any agreed discount will be applied directly to your service cost.

⚙️ How It Works

⚡ Service Booking & Private Channel
- Once a service is booked, a private channel is created.
- Only you, the assigned provider, and PokeNova Staff can access it.
- This ensures all information stays safe and private.

⏱ Service Timer & Deadlines
- A timer starts once Pokémon are handed to the provider. The client can check the timeleft with the command /timeleft.

- Minimum service time: 24 hours (regardless of Pokémon count).
- Clients may request early completion, but only if the provider agrees.
- Providers are instructed to finish before the chosen time.
- If delayed and the client does not accept, compensation applies:
→ Every additional 1 hour late = 20k fine.

Trade Info
- All trades are done only with client permission.
- To comply with PRO rules:
→ Open a deal chat window and make a message proof before trading.
→ Take a screenshot of that message window when the provider is assigned and before trade and save it for yourself. Like this:

📊 Progress Updates

- Updates begin once Pokémon are handed to the provider.
- The assigned provider posts progress updates until completion.

💬 Feedback System (Completed 100+ Services)
- Feedback is collected in the server’s **#feedback** channel.

• Accepted Payments: Pokedollars, Reroll Tickets (750k), Nature Reroll Tickets (350k), and Rare Candies (6k each).
