Mega Houndoom Quest Bug

Hello, while doing the Mega Houndoom quest, I gave the wrong answer on the second day. I corrected it later, but I think that's why the quest is bugged. For two days now, it's been making me do the quest from the same place, and even when I answer the question correctly, the quest doesn't progress.

I redid the task to get the screenshots you requested, but of course nothing changed; I'm still stuck in part 2. The only difference is that this time, the NPCs there fought me again.
