Relocating a Sold OT Pokemon

A while back I sold a "Jackstermac" OT HLW Tyranitar form to another player and I'm looking to relocate where that pokemon is + buy it back.  If this information can't be shared, can I be reminded of the IGN of the pokemon buyer who initially bought the form Tyranitar from me?
