Sent Items by mailbox thinking it was cross-server

Hello, 

 

I've sent this morning some items to a friend of mine (Ignis2495 is his name) by mailbox thinking it worked also cross-server ( I was Gold server, he was Silver);

After he told me nothing came through the mail I figured it was not it didn't work and transfered my character from gold to silver to trade some other items to help him out.

The items I've sent him by mailbox were bought some time ago by donation (Battering Ram, Shovel, Tree Axe and Pick Axe). If it's possible either to get them back on my current character (Enesra so I can trade them directly since i'm on silver now, or somehow to get them to his silver account?

The mail has been deleted and the items have been restored to your account on Silver as requested. Can you confirm that you have the items on your account?
