Lost all Balls in inventory (Great Ball, Ultra Ball, Beast Ball, Master Ball, etc.)

Hello Admin and support team,

I’m experiencing a serious issue and would like to request your assistance.

Previously, I had a large number of Balls in my inventory, including Great Balls, Ultra Balls, Beast Balls, and especially Master Balls (I remember having more than 20). However, after logging in recently, I noticed that all of them have disappeared. At the moment, only regular Pokeballs remain in my bag.

I want to clarify that I did not use, trade, or discard any of these items. Losing such a significant amount of valuable items has greatly affected my gameplay.

I kindly ask you to check my account logs to identify what happened and assist in restoring the missing items if possible.

Throughout PRO there are NPCs that will hold items for the duration of a quest.

 

For example: during the Pinkan Quest the Pokemon Ranger in Pinkan City (on the south side before you enter Pinkan Forest) will take your Pokeballs of all variety until you finish the quest. Another example of a NPC that will hold items is Buck during the Heatran Quest. He will take all Rare Candies, Exp. Candy, and Master Balls.

 

Have you recently done any of these quests?

You're welcome. Also note that you do not have to finish the quest to get your items back. You can speak to the Pokemon Ranger and he will return them to you (but until you finish he will remove them anything you go into Pinkan Forest).
