As according to the aution rules

As @Yumeko77 said (after they correct themselves), the auction is not extended due to the bid being after the auction had already ended.

As such, the winner of the jolly Dragonite is @Jbadman17 with 380k and the winner of the adamant Dragonite is @Sonvythanh1 with 650k. 

@Yumeko77, in the future, please ensure that you provide evidence of every bid and that you prioritize forum bids over in-game bids (if you see someone has already bid on forums before you have posted an in-game screenshot, then the forum bid considered the current offer).
