I came back after a long time and I'm getting this error. I've already authenticated the device but it persists.

This issue can sometimes occur even after successfully verifying your device. Please try the following:

  • Close the game completely
  • Reopen the client and attempt to log in again

If the message still appears, please verify your device again through the email link, then fully close and reopen the game once more.

Hello, the problem persists. I've followed the recommended steps for two days, trying them on different days to see if it would work, but the problem remains; I can't log in. I would appreciate your help.

Thank you for trying the previous steps. Since your account currently has no authorized devices, I recommend trying the process again from the start. Please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Make sure your email is entered correctly.
  2. Request the activation email to be resent.
  3. Check your inbox and your spam/junk folder.
  4. Try using a different browser if the email does not appear.
  5. Once you receive the email, complete the verification, then fully close and reopen the game.

Haha, I checked and the email address is one I no longer have access to; it was a Hotmail account. When I tried to change my email address, I read that if it was an inaccessible email, I should post the problem here.
