ABOUT

Hello everyone,

I would like to introduce the Final eXecute Bot, a Discord bot that I have been working on for several months.

The project originally started as an internal tool for my own guild, Final eXecute, but over time it became much more advanced than I first expected. Since then, I have been asked multiple times whether I could make the bot available for other guilds as well.

Because of that, I decided to prepare the bot for wider use and offer access to guild leaders who want to improve their Discord server, support their members, and provide useful PRO-related tools directly inside Discord.

WHAT THE BOT CAN DO

The bot is designed to help PRO guilds with useful commands and clean Discord embeds.

Some of the current features include:

• Pokémon spawn information with map, time, level range, membership status and more.
• Smogon-based set suggestions to help players quickly understand common competitive builds.
• Move information and PRO Wiki links for easier access to learnsets, tutors and move locations.
• Clean Discord embeds instead of plain text outputs.
• Guild-friendly command structure for easier use by members.
• Useful PRO data integration built around practical gameplay needs.
• Regular updates and improvements based on feedback and real usage.
  

The goal is not just to create another Discord bot, but to create a practical tool that actually helps PRO guilds every day.

WHY THIS BOT EXISTS

As a guild leader myself, I know how important it is to give members fast and clear information.

Many players ask the same questions again and again:

• Where does this Pokémon spawn?
• Is it member-only?
• What level range does it have?
• What set should I use?
• Where can I find this move?
• What is useful for PvP or PvE?
  

The Final eXecute Bot was built to make this kind of information easier to access directly inside Discord, without forcing members to search through multiple websites every time.

This bot is mainly made for:

• PRO guild leaders
• Competitive guilds
• PvE and PvP communities
• Guild Discord servers that want better tools for their members
• Players who want faster access to useful PRO information

DEVELOPMENT STATUS

The bot is actively maintained and improved.

I have already spent months working on the system, fixing issues, improving commands, cleaning up embeds and adding more reliable data sources.

Feedback is always welcome, especially from guild leaders who use the bot actively with their members.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

There are still some features that are currently not possible because the required interface/API is missing.

At the moment, the bot unfortunately cannot access or display certain information such as:

• Live guild member lists
• Last player inspection data
• Some direct player-related information
  

I would love to add these features in the future if PRO provides a way to access this data properly.

Until then, the bot focuses on the features that can already be supported reliably.

Final eXecute Bot — Version 1.2 Update

Hello everyone,

the Final eXecute Bot has received a new update. Version 1.2 focuses on better guild management, cleaner server handling, improved member tracking and new internal tools for the Final eXecute guild.

This update builds on the previous Version 1.0 and is now our current internal reference version.

New Features

• Added a new application ticket system for Final eXecute.
• Members can now apply through a button-based ticket flow.
• Officers and Leaders can approve or decline applications directly inside the ticket.
• Approved applicants automatically receive the Trial role.
• Approved applicants now receive a welcome message with next steps.
• Application tickets are archived before closing for better documentation.
• Added IGN reminder tools to help members register their PRO in-game name.
• Added recovery support for older IGN registration logs.
• Improved guild member checks by comparing saved Discord IGNs with the latest member log.
• Added a clearer separation between customer-facing bot features and Final eXecute-only tools.

Improvements

• Customer servers now only receive approved public and premium commands.
• Internal guild tools are restricted to the Final eXecute home server.
• Improved slash command registration to keep command lists cleaner.
• Improved application ticket permissions so only the applicant, Guild Officer, Guild Leader and the bot can see the ticket.
• Improved ticket closing flow with automatic logging and cleanup.
• Improved IGN reminder handling so the bot can contact missing members more reliably.
• Added clearer support instructions for members who need help with IGN registration.

Customer servers continue to receive the main approved tools, including:

• /spawn — PRO spawn information
• /smogon — competitive set information
• /move — move information and PRO location support
• /premium — premium access information
• /fxb — bot setup and management tools

Final eXecute Internal Tools

The new guild management tools are intended for Final eXecute only, including:

• Application ticket handling
• IGN reminders
• IGN recovery
• Guild member checks
• Member log handling
• Internal giveaway and administration workflows

Version Note

Version 1.2 is now saved as the current internal reference point after Version 1.0.  
This helps us keep development organized and gives us a stable version to return to if future updates need to be adjusted.
