Wrong Tag

During the little cup challenge my Growlithe lvl up from 25 to 26 while I tried to catch 5 more pokes for the lc e4. Now I can't use it since the challenge required lvl 25 or below. Please help me revert it back to early lvl 25, I have spent a lot of vitamins on it T.T, please

Hello, @Blaziel! Sorry but we don't offer de-level service, you can hunt a low level Growlithe on route 36 at night or 37 all day.

Unfortunately we can't give your vitamins back, but you can buy it in all Departament Stores (in Celadon City, Goldenrod City, Lilycove City and Veilstone City).
If you need money to buy it you can fight bosses, go to Bug Catching Contest, the Fighting tower or sell pokémon and items in game or on forum.
