If the issue persists, I recommend downloading a fresh copy of the client and trying the 32-bit version instead, as this, sometimes, has resolved the issue for some users. I sincerely apologize. That was completely my mistake. Budew evolves during the in-game daytime, which is from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (game time). Other than that, everything else remains the same. You'll need to lower its happiness and then raise it back to the maximum during the in-game daytime, within the time window I mentioned earlier. My sincerest apologies once again. Kind regards. Hello! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. For Budew to evolve, it must reach 255 happiness during the in-game morning, which is from 04:00 AM to 09:59 AM (game time). If Budew is already at full happiness and you use a Rare Candy, it will not evolve (even in morning time). Its happiness must actually reach 255 within the required time window. To resolve this, you'll need to lower Budew's happiness slightly, then raise it back to 255 during the in-game morning. A way to do this is to let Budew faint in a battle against a wild Pokémon or an NPC, then increase its happiness again using berries or by defeating a few wild Pokémon until it reaches maximum happiness. Hello @Pikashuu, sorry for the delay and for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Don't worry, showing the wrong Ralts to Farmer Wood will not block your Mega Gallade quest. The Ralts you show doesn't need to be the same Pokémon you use later for the battle. As long as you have chosen the Gallade path and completed the other requirements, you can continue the quest normally by using another Gallade to fight. Make a Pokemon back to a previous state Because it is each player's responsibility to manage their Pokémon. In this situation, it should have been specified at the time of the service request that the Pokémon should not be evolved. As an alternative, you can catch another Oshawott in Pinkan Island Meadow (Lv. 34–36) or Dragonspiral Tower Exterior (Lv. 21–25). Since this has been answered, I will proceed to close the thread.
