Sorry for the inconvenience. Make sure you have the most updated client version, if you don't have it, you have to delete your current PRO folder and re-download it. You can also use windows storage cleaner, There could be many factors that interfere with logging in. Sometimes it take 2-3min to log in, so you have to wait a bit to connect. We use a laptop and two cell phones. I have let it sit for 45 mins trying to connect.
