Can't connect to pro at home

Hello @Atomsk4212! Sorry for the inconvenience.

Make sure you have the most updated client version, if you don't have it, you have to delete your current PRO folder and re-download it. 
You can also use windows storage cleaner, There could be many factors that interfere with logging in.
Sometimes it take 2-3min to log in, so you have to wait a bit to connect. 

Please, try this options and let me know if you were able to log in.

I have tried to reinstall and this is on multiple devices and like I said silver works just fine not the gold server. We use a laptop and two cell phones. I have let it sit for 45 mins trying to connect.

Hello again, can you try using a VPN? It has, in many cases, solved this issue for some players.

I don't have a vpn. Is there any other way to do It I just don't wanna have to pay extra per month to play.
