Gracidea Flower it's part of the Shaymin quest, only available during the Easter Event. Once you get your Shaymin, (you must wait until next year's Easter Event), the Gracidea Flower can change its form to Shaymin-Sky and revert it, as many times as you want. Meanwhile, HERE you have a list of legendary Pokémon available in PRO. Some of them (Keldeo, Diancie and more) can be obtained regardless of whether there is an active event or not.
