Genesect Requirements

Hey guys,

So, today I caught a pretty nice Larvesta during Bug Catching Contest (147 total IV). The time then ran out, I went ahead and spoke to everyone and won the contest, but didn't got offered to go to the special room with Genesect. Now when I speak with the Contest Judge he just tells me to way until tomorrow for the contest. Am I missing something there ?

I apologize for the delay. You are correct in that access to the Genesect area is bestowed upon those that submit a 140+ IV Pokemon. 

 

To access this area, you need to go into the room at the top right of the Bug Catching Contest Hall. Be sure to bring a whatever you need to catch Genesect before entering. 

 

 

If you are unable to enter this room, please take a screenshot of the dialogue you receive and share it with me.
