Hola. No hablo espanol, pero en el server discord oficial hay un canal en el que tu puedes solicitar la recuperation de el pokemon. Se llama "request-chat".

Hello, there's a specialized channel inside the official discord server. It's called "request-chat" and it's near the top. 

You just need to follow the template, writing the type of request, species and ID of the pokemon. An operator will resolve the issue in short time.
