Playtime Bug

My account is old and i have played this game for a good amount of time but..i was on and off from the game. This issue is old i am sorry i didn't ask for help before but my number of hrs played was around 200or 300 maybe more but one day I noticed a sudden jump to 1700+ can you guys help pls reset it or something...if not i understand

Unfortunately, this is a known issue that our Developers are aware of. While a fix has been discussed in the past, there is currently no ETA for a correction, and we are unable to manually adjust or reset playtime hours on individual accounts at this time.

 

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Should there be any updates regarding this issue, they will be included in future patch notes or announcements.

It's Alright not a problem. I still love this game , my friends play this game too. You guys did a great job! making this game and on this site.

 

Just a suggestion that Devs can remove Playtime from Trainer Card I don't think it is much needed.Either way I'll still play the game.
