Description:

Hello PRO Staff,

I'm unable to log into the game. Every time I try to connect to the Silver server, the login is canceled and I receive the following error:

Failed proxy 1/8 C8583645

Trying proxy 1/8 C8583645 RTT 199ms j0

Connecting to Silver

Establishing connection...

After this, the client displays "Login canceled", and I cannot enter the game.

What I have tried:

  • Restarted the game.

  • Retried logging in multiple times.

  • Verified that my username and password are correct.

  • The issue still persists.
