Server Transfer Failed - Account Not Activated After Transfer

Hello PRO Staff,

I encountered a problem after using the Server Transfer feature.

Today, I attempted to transfer my account from Gold to Silver using the Dashboard. The transfer failed, and the Dashboard displayed the following message:

"Transfer failed. Please contact PRO staff through the forum."

After that, I tried logging into the game, but I received the following error:

"This Account has not been activated yet."

Before attempting the server transfer, my account was working normally. Now I cannot access the game at all.

Could you please check my account and help restore or complete the server transfer?

I have attached screenshots showing:

• The login error stating that the account has not been activated.
