The technicallity part, this happens already in the Hoopa Dungeon.

We are in 2026, I do not think it is impossible to be able and create something like that.

And it would not be a request at staff members, so they would not need to give extra time at their work for each player.

My suggestion is different because it is an item that would be bought from a store.

There could be restrictions and parameters on how it is done.

Like I mentioned above, we have Ranger Team for forms which is also kinda the same idea.

Otherwise, we should not be able and evolve level 100 Pokemon as well, for the same reasons.

Times and situations can change.

I doubt it's any code to de-evolve your mon in the hoopa dungeon also, more like it scanned your mon and created the first stage version of it with the same stats, see the OT, and if they are your mon, what's about the level+ evolution gain during the process, de-evolve at the start then de-evolve + de-level again at the end of the run? Highly doubt one would code it that way

if you disagree with the idea that's okay, and Hoopa Dungeon was just an example, but about the technical part and being able to code the item, it's something that is possible if they decide to proceed with the idea. So don't worry about any technology issues.

-1 seems like a make the rich richer idea, when getting services for leveling you yourself should specify wether or not to evolve the poke and if it wasnt and they evolve becaose of assumption or lack of different evo knowledge, thats on you.Now lets say you catch a pokemon at its last evolution, why should you get the chance to turn it into something else, ruins the integrity of the hunt in my opinion

I still do think it could be useful for Pokemon like Hisui evolutions tho, because the addition was not there always, and people have a Pokemon that has a Hisui variant and maybe the want to change it but they can't. And I have also seen people that did a wrong evolution accidentally and were sad afterwards because they could not reverse it. If there was an item for that, maybe for example to have a 24 hours cooldown and that you have a chance to fix that in the first 24 hours, it would fix those problems and would also prevent abuse and prevent previous evolved Pokemon to affect the market.

That is simply wrong. Someone selling a level or ev service, their job is to do that service and not to evolve without asking for permission. They should not make assumptions, they could ask if they are not sure. About the other part of the question, I answered above why I think that.
