Hello,

I created a new Pokémon Revolution Online account and I am trying to log in on my Mac.

The client shows “Unknown Device” and asks me to confirm my device by email. However, I have not received the verification email.

I have checked my inbox and spam folder, searched for “Pokemon Revolution” and “PRO”, and I have also used the “Double click here to resend” option several times.

My email address is correct. I can also log in to my account successfully on the website.

Could you please help me with the device verification?

Please try clicking "Double click here to resend" once again and allow some time for the confirmation email to arrive.

Also make sure to check your spam folder, as the email may have been filtered there.

If you still don't receive the email after trying this again, please let us know so we can look into the issue further.
