I accidently traded a mon with somebody that is region locked him and I both acknoledged the fault and want to reset the trade...

If a player receives a Pokemon that then becomes region locked, it can be traded back directly from the PC. Have the player you traded with open their PC and then accept a trade request from you. Once the trade window is open, the player can then drag the region locked Pokemon into the trade window to return.
